Our hope is that our district site provides you with some basic information about our district. Documents Needed for Registration

*Please note: if you do not live on JBSA FSH, you may apply for the Non-Resident Transfer program using the link to the right.  Your application will be reviewed and parents will be notified by email with the decision. Parents may not begin the registration process prior to receiving NRT approval. 

 

The following documents needed for registration at any of our campuses:

  1. Proof of residency
    (On the Installation - Copy of Minol Utility; Off the Installation - Water, electric or mortgage/lease) Contact your campus registrar with questions.
  2. Copy of birth certificate
  3. Immunization Record, immunization information available at fshisd.net
  4. Social Security card
  5. Last report card/withdrawal from previous school (if applicable)
  6. Any legal documentation pertaining to your student (if applicable)
  7. Enrolling parent’s driver’s license and military ID
