All About Me

My name is Crystal Flores and this is my 18th year of teaching.  I have taught Kindergarten all the way to eighth grade, but I fell in love with first grade and stayed!  It is so rewarding to see children begin to read and develop a love of books!  I grew up in East Tennessee before moving to San Antonio, so that my husband could be closer to his family.  He is also a teacher, and we have three wonderful children.  We also have a dog, an Akita named Aries, and two guinea pigs named Bob and Shadow. I enjoy reading and my favorite place is the beach!  I can't wait to get this year started.  It's going to be great!
