about me
Hello. I am very happy and excited to be working in my 8th year at Fort Sam Houston Elementary School. Just to let you know about myself, I am a proud UTSA graduate with a Master's degree in Education. I am in my fourteenth year of teaching and have previously worked as a 3rd, 4th and 5th grade resource and inclusion teacher. This year, I am excited to journey on an adventure of learning with 2nd grade.
On a more personal note, I have two children, ages 28 and 19. My daughter is a graduate of The University of North Texas in Denton and my son is a freshman in college. San Antonio has been my home for most of my life, so I love to travel. I enjoy the great outdoors, and my goal is to eventually visit all 58 national parks. So far I have visited and explored eighteen of them!
This year, I am looking forward to getting to know my students and working with them on the journey of learning that lies ahead of us. Beep Beep....Let's Learn!!!
