Fort Sam Houston ISD is requesting our parents' cooperation in completing the annual Impact Aid Survey Form. A letter explaining the reason for the survey and the survey form have been sent home with the students. The form is asking for information as of October 29, 2021. Please complete, sign, and return the form to your child's campus by Friday, November 19. A separate form is needed for each student. Your cooperation with this necessary form is greatly appreciated!
