You are cordially invited to attend our annual Thanksgiving Feast on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Ft. Sam Houston Elementary School during your child's lunch time. In order for us to prepare for the occasion, we need to know how many meals to prepare for. If you plan to attend this traditional event we are requesting for you to complete the bottom portion of this flyer and return it to your child's teacher no later than November 6, 2015. Please do not send money with the form. Guest tickets will be sold at the door on the day of the celebration before and throughout meal service times. Cash and Checks will be accepted.
The price of each meal is $4.00 per tray. If you have more than one child who attends Ft. Sam Houston Elementary, please list only the student and teacher's name you will be dining with when purchasing your meal. We strongly encourage you to fund your child's account prior to this day in order to expedite meal service and allow sufficient time for the students to eat lunch.
