Tate's Tater Tots!

Welcome to Fort Sam Houston Elementary School! I am honored to be a part of your 3rd grader's lives. I am one of six amazingly gifted and fun-loving third-grade teachers. This school year will be my fifth year teaching at Fort Sam Elementary. I have two sons, Mark and Michael. Mark is in the 8th grade and Michael is in the Army (Cav Scout). I am proud of my family and my work with military children. 

 

Professionally, I have a Masters in Education Degree with a specialty in Instructional Design and Curriculum.  I love teaching and making it intentional and impactful for our 3rd graders. Outside of work, I love to run, read, write, drink a lot of coffee, and bake.
