We love books!

The Fort Sam Houston Elementary School Library has a wonderful collection of books. Our books belong to all Fort Sam Houston Elementary students and teachers. These resources provide enjoyment and information for our students and they will continue to do so for many years to come. Free use of this library is one of the great benefits of being a member of the school.

Caring for Library Books

 We love seeing our students excited about reading! To help keep our library books in great condition for everyone to enjoy, we encourage families to create a safe spot at home where books can be kept when not being read.

Please remind your child that taking care of library books is part of being a responsible library student.

If a book is lost or damaged, we kindly ask for your help in paying for the book. The library is asking for exact change, or a check can be made payable to Fort Sam Houston Elementary School.
