About Me

Hello,

My name is Mrs. Sara Garza and I am a paraeducator.  I work alongside the Kindergarten Team.  I am truly honored to be able to work with the students of Fort Sam Houston!

My husband and I are the parents of five children. Our oldest, William, is a guardian in the Space Force stationed in Korea.   Natalie is a graduate of Texas Tech and is a teacher at Camp Humphreys in Korea.  Samuel works for SAWS (San Antonio Water Service).  Matthew also graduated from Texas Tech and is an Army EOD officier at Fort Irwin, CA.  Our youngest, Deborah, is a freshman at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA studying secondary education/history and is on their softball team "Go Celtics!".  Our family has 3 cats, Cosby, Gary, and Nelson. Fun fact Nelson was rescued from Fort Sam Elementary.

I'm sure this will prove to be an exciting, rewarding, and memorable year!
