Fort Sam Houston Elementary
High Quality PreK Family Engagement Plan
INTRODUCTION: Family Engagement Statement:
At Fort Sam Houston Elementary, family engagement is not just a concept; it is a fundamental part of our mission. We exist to serve the military child and their families, recognizing and honoring the unique challenges they face. As a community of lifelong learners, we celebrate individual differences, diversity, and talent, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. We firmly believe that a safe and caring environment is essential for the emotional and social well-being of our students. Every member of our school community, whether a teacher or a leader, plays a pivotal role in shaping the future generation. We are dedicated to inspiring our students to reach their highest potential, providing them with engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences. Through our collective efforts, we equip our students with the character, competence, and creativity needed to become future leaders in their own right.
