About Mrs. Laney

My name is Amy Laney. This is my 16th year teaching and 13th year at Fort Sam Houston Elementary! Go Cougar Cubs! I am originally from Dallas and moved to San Antonio several years ago. I am married to my husband Phil. We have an 11 year old daughter named Caroline, a 6 year old daughter named Hazel, and a 1 year old son named Carson. As a family we love to explore the outdoors in the surrounding areas of San Antonio. 

Kindergarten is a wonderful year and I am so happy that I get to spend it with your child! I will do my best to help your child succeed and share my passion for learning. We will have a great year!!

I LOVE my family!  We have a blast hanging out together on the weekends and taking small day trips to places surrounding San Antonio! I love crafting, cute teacher supplies and things I can use for my classroom!
