About Mrs. De Luna

Hi! I am very happy to be a member of the Fort Sam Houston Elementary School family. This will be my sixth year with FSHISD and I am so excited about all the great things to come this school year. I have been teaching for 14 years. I hold a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Elementary Education. 

My husband is retired from the Army, and we are blessed with two adult sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and gorgeous twin granddaughters! Both sons are in the Army. I also served as an active-duty member in the Navy (a very long time ago). As a military family we have lived in many places. We have been stationed at Great Lakes, IL; Fort Benning, GA; Fort Richardson, AK; Fort Huachuca, AZ; and twice at Fort Sam Houston, TX. We love FSH so much therefore we chose to retire here. I am very proud to be part of a military family!
