Dear Cougar Cub Families,
Dear Elementary Families,
I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful and restful Labor Day weekend with family and friends. It was great to see our students return to school refreshed, energized, and ready to learn after the three-day break.
This morning, our school community came together for a meaningful Patriot Day Ceremony as we paused to remember and honor the lives affected by the events of September 11, 2001. I would like to extend a sincere thank you to our Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, and their dedicated leaders for their assistance and participation in today's ceremony. Your leadership and service helped make the event especially meaningful.
A special thank you also goes to KCub for their thoughtful remembrance and tribute during our Patriot Day observance. Their contribution helped us reflect on the importance of courage, service, and unity.
We are also grateful to the many parents and family members who joined us this morning in support of our event. Your presence and partnership continue to strengthen our school community.
As I visit classrooms throughout the day, I am seeing outstanding teaching and learning taking place across our campus. Our students are engaged, growing, and flourishing both academically and socially. It is a joy to watch them develop new skills, build confidence, and embrace opportunities to learn each day.
Thank you for your continued support of our school and for partnering with us to help every child succeed.
Warm Regards,
Julissa Fisher
Proud Cougar Cub Principal
