You can find me out in room 4 conducting gifted/talented research sessions during the following time blocks:

I work with the safety patrol from 7:10-7:45 and on Fridays I meet with Student Council from 1:30-2:15. The rest of the day, I can be found in a variety of classrooms across campus. My schedule adjusts to meet the needs of our at-risk student population.

The 5th graders have been growing bacteria for the past week. They have been quite successful.
The architectural design element students spent a fabulous day in downtown San Antonio. Many thanks to all of the parents who helped them with their scavenger hunt.
This morning, at the park, some of my virtual students were able to meet our new class pet. They also did a fabulous job with their snake portraits!!
What a great way to start the day! 5th graders dissected sheep brains this morning.
When you study gothic architectural design elements, you MUST create gargoyles and grotesques!!!!!! The 4th graders did a marvelous job.
5th graders drew wonderful comic strips/graphic novelettes about the digestive system. Some of them were VERY creative!!!
We have a new class pet. She is awesome!!!
